Booking Requirements

ALL BOOKING IS DONE ONLINE. NO BOOKING IS DONE ON THE PHONE OR THROUGH MESSAGES! BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER ARTISTS.

THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE! BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 

Prior to booking, if you have previous work that was NOT DONE AT OUR STUDIO you MUST send in pictures for approval to book.
*BREE IS ACCEPTING CLIENTS THAT WERE SEEN BY CHRISTY OR OTHER  ARTISTS THAT HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN THE STUDIO 


Appointment Policies (Please Read Carefully)

Booking Fees

  • All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee.
  • Booking fees do not automatically transfer to new dates.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee is lost.
    This applies no matter how much notice is given.
  • If you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled and your booking fee forfeited.

Rescheduling

  • I do not reschedule appointments for clients.
  • Clients must reschedule their own appointment online.
  • A NEW booking fee is required to reserve any new date.

One-Time Booking Fee Transfer (Limited Exception)

  • If you give more than 48 hours’ notice, a one-time booking fee transfer may be approved at my discretion.
  • You must contact me before canceling to request approval.
    If you cancel first, the transfer is void.
  • If approved:
     
    • A new booking fee is still required to hold the new appointment.
    • Both booking fees will be applied to your service total at your appointment.
    • The new appointment must be booked within 90 days.
  • There are no floating or open-ended deposits.
    If no appointment is booked within 90 days, the original booking fee is forfeited.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the booking fee.
  • No-shows lose the booking fee in full.
  • Any future appointments will require a new booking fee.

Important

  • Booking fee transfers are allowed one time only.
  • Failure to contact me before canceling removes any eligibility for a transfer.
  • Placing a booking fee confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.
