Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment, the booking fee is forfeited, regardless of notice given.

Once an appointment is canceled, that booking fee is applied to the canceled date and does not automatically transfer to a new appointment.

Failure to confirm your appointment within 24 hours will result in cancellation.

Rescheduling

• I do not reschedule appointments on behalf of clients.

• Clients are responsible for rescheduling their own appointments online.

If you need to reschedule and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, a one-time booking fee transfer may be approved at my discretion.

You must contact me prior to canceling for approval so this can be noted in your file.

Even when a one-time transfer is approved, a new booking fee is still required to reserve the new appointment date.

If approved, both booking fees will be applied toward the total cost of your service at your appointment.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice result in the loss of the booking fee.

• No-shows forfeit the booking fee in full.

• Future appointments will require a new booking fee.
